Our Policy


Our practice takes great pride in reserving your appointments and trying to respect your time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is on Monday, the cancellation must be done the previous Friday during business hours.

Patients who do not cancel with a 24-hour notice will be considered a No Show and charged a late cancellation fee of $75. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Frequent No Shows may be grounds for termination of services. As a general rule, clients you reschedule/cancel/no show 3 times within a 6 month period without reasonable justification are referred to another clinical practice, which may be better suited to the patient’s schedule.

Late Arrivals:

We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible and minimize your wait time. In order to do so, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the late cancellation fee of $75 as described above will be applied. This is to ensure that patients who arrive on time do not have to wait longer than necessary.

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. Should you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review the situation.
