Insurance
We accept several major commercial insurances along with cash, check, and debit/credit card for service payments.
We are in-network with the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
If your insurance company is not contracted with us, you will be responsible for payment of services in full at the time of service. If you believe you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a ‘superbill’ statement for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We are NOT a Medicare provider.
